The earth is burning and the river’s dry.
The clouds are there, but they won’t cry.
Not a drop of water falling down,
All shades of brown cover the ground.
Sorry says sun for burning mean.
You didn’t appreciate the cool in green.
Save us all, save it all, make it better so earth won’t fall.
You keep on sending smoke and fumes
Atmosphere’s polluted between us and the moon.
Where are we going if the season’s warm,
Where are the animals safe from harm?
What’s happening to the world around my home?
Why’s the water in the ocean crashing dirty foam?
Save us all, save it all, make it better so earth won’t fall.
The lights are dimming and the leaves turn late,
The glacier’s melting at an alarming rate.
Spring is budded and the freeze takes them away,
Fruit won’t ripen while farmers starve and pray.
We all need to help each other change our way.
Learn to save tomorrow as our children’s day.
Save us all, save it all, make it better so earth won’t fall.
